Until now, there never was an injectable wrinkle treatment powered by a novel peptide in 20 years.

This peptide helps stabilize the active ingredient (purified protein called botulinum toxin type A), instead of using human blood products like conventional frown line treatments. It also has no animal byproducts.

How is DAXXIFY™ different from dermal fillers?

DAXXIFY® minimizes the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines by temporarily relaxing the underlying muscles that cause these wrinkles. DAXXIFY® is a long-lasting botulinum type A treatment with a novel peptide.

Facial fillers, also known as dermal fillers, are typically made of hyaluronic acid and are used to add volume, fullness, and structure to areas of the face. They can help contour cheekbones, soften lines around the nose and mouth, and volumize lips. Dermal fillers target volume loss rather than muscle-related wrinkles.

When will I see results?

You may see results with DAXXIFY® as early as the next day after treatment, and typically within two days. You should see noticeable results within a two-week time frame. You may experience mild injection-related bruising. In most cases, bruising heals within a few days after injection.

You’ll find the treatment process quick and straightforward. We start by cleaning the treatment areas, which may include glabellar lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. Our expertise makes the injection process take only 15-30 minutes. We carefully inject small amounts of the botulinum toxin type A product into targeted facial muscles during your session.

Most patients tell us the procedure feels comfortable, though you might experience mild discomfort at the injection sites. We can apply ice or topical anesthetic if you need it.

Price Per Treatment Session

Most clinics charge between $12-20 per unit for Daxxify, while Botox costs range from $10-16 per unit. Dysport is typically priced lower per unit, but more units are usually required. Patients typically need these amounts to treat glabellar lines (frown lines) and forehead lines:

Daxxify: 40 units ($480 per session)
Botox: 20 units ($260-300 per session)
Dysport: 50-60 units ($200-480 per session, depending on unit cost)
