We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Aesthetic Practice Coordinator to be the face of our medical spa. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer services skills, a passion for health and beauty, and the ability to multitask in a fast-past setting.

· Be able to provide information about spa, and aesthetic services, along with promotions and membership options.

·   Acquire & develop in-depth knowledge of the spa services we offer and aesthetic   medical procedures.

· Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer service.

· Coordinate schedules medical staff, and management to optimize scheduling and service flow using Aesthetic Record.

· Maintain client confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA and company policies.

· Manage messages daily (NO unanswered at the end of the day) including AR, Meta, phone and email.

· Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage daily financial transactions.

· Assist with retail sales, including skincare and wellness products.

· Help with Social media posting and ad creations.

·  Ensure patient charts are put together and prepared for the day.

 · Processing payments through Aesthetic Record/Care Credit/Cherry

 ·  Willingness and flexibility to periodically be of assistance for duties that may be outside scope of the job description.

 ·  Maintains a neat and beautiful working area, free of food, beverages, and personal items.
